Unconfirmed report from local radio via Twitter that Abbredaris has been released. No nameplate over his locker.

    UPDATED!

    Jason Wahlers @JTWahlers
To those concerned, Abbrederis was not released. Merely an issue with his nameplate. Equipment staff is working diligently to resolve
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

To build off what @FO_VVerhei said, the Packers have the best run defense since the 1970 merger through four games http://pfref.com/tiny/hjyqq

It was misspelled. They are changing it to the correct spelling: G-O-O-D-S-O-N.

But they had to get rid of somebody (somebodies?) today in order to activate Pennel and Goodson, no? I figured they would cut Price for Pennel and re-sign to Price to PS. Goodson, on the other hand, could himself be the cut they need to make.

Whoa. McCarthy "I don't know why the hell I have to come in here and answer questions about what you think went wrong on offense."
So did McCarthy not see Rodgers getting 4-5 seconds of time to throw nearly every dropback...but only complete 50% of his passes? Someone in the presser should've corrected the coach and explained why he has some questions to answer.

I missed it, what did the reporter ask that caused McCarthy to say "I don't know why the hell I have to come in here and answer questions about what you think went wrong on offense."?

                Obviously touched a nerve.

mm's starting to crack. it's almost been a full year of substandard offensive football.

Up tempo or not - the problem is that the offense IS stagnate.

Like Sitton said last year - everyone knows what's coming. There isn't much motion; no real RB receiving game; the TE's aren't viable threats; and the WR's aren't world beaters. Add it up and you have a predictable, 'stagnate' offense.

We're not going anywhere again this year. My fear is that this condition will languish on year after year until after Rodgers retires, i.e. no more SB's.

I think it was Demovsky asking about Rodgers pass completion percentage and how they could get it to rise. Someone made mention of the same reporter asking a similar question earlier this year.

But I haven't replayed the video at the Packers site. Almost none of the reporters Tweeted it that I saw. Haven't checked the written accounts.

And it's a press conference. Where the press ask you questions. You know, about why your offense isn't performing well after humming for close to a decade. Does he think he's above getting questioned? If so, he may have jumped the shark.

Mikey-Mike sounds like he got a bit touchy on that one. On the one hand, I think the questions about the offense are legitimate. On the other hand, I do see MM's point - the NFL is a tough place to win - they ain't giving out awards for second place - and so it might piss me off, too, if my team just won a game and dominated in yards gained and time of possession yet was getting treated like the offense never moved the ball or scored at all. I can see both sides here.

It was written/recorded for posterity at JSO. He did his mini-erupt at back to back questions about his offenses need to improve.

The article isn't bad and give a good summary with comments from M3 about the change from no-huddle which I hope continues.
