Favre will talk and talk, just so long as a reporter is willing to listen and prod with questions. Given enough time, he's bound to say something that can at least be spun into controversial. That's what the reporters love, because it makes for very easy stories (notice that overwhelmingly, sports reporting has turned into soap opera crap). Stop listening to drivel from ESPN and stop listening to Favre, if you don't want controversy. Or just don't buy into the controversy, because there really is none - just Favre flappin' his gums as long as they ask him to do so.
