In college if the returner scratches his nuts it's a fair catch signal. In pros I guess they let the guy wave, and it doesn't count if it isn't waving at the sky.

Its not Rodgers, look at his first half last week. Its this stupid offense against man to man coverage. Against a terrible secondary, they can't scheme anyone open.
