I think the reverse was the reason. The Colts were not convinced Tolzien (who played pretty well and still have a very live arm) was going to get them into the red zone 2 more times, much less 3.
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

I know ONE rule change that will happen in 2017!

Ravens win by holding Bengals intentionally and delaying safety, there's no time extension for the flags

4th and 8, 11 seconds left, Ravens with 7 point lead. Punt formation, they hold ALL the Bengal players, as in hold them and tackle them, refs throw all the flags but no one gets to teh punter until the 11 seconds run off the clock. Time not added for penalties on offense and no untimed play allowed. Not even sure the Bengals got a safety called before time ran out.

yeah that was kind of shitty, why wouldn't a team do this with 30 seconds left and just throw down and sit on the defensive guys, or take out their knees?

they did get the safety though, which didn't matter at all

Oakland is killing the Panthers at the half. 3 of the top 4 NFC teams from last season are likely to miss the playoffs this season. Crazy

Cam Newton continues to show that last year was a fluke for him. He's gone back to his mediocre, overrated self.

Khalil Mack had an INT, sack, FF, FR and TD. He's the 1st player since Charles Woodson in 2009 to do all 5 of those things in same game.

Wow. Maybe the best game of the year. Santos banks it in.

AZ is in the same boat. That loss by Seattle yesterday was bad for them. Perhaps this will end the silly talk of them going to the SB this year. Unless Dallas implodes the conference championship will go thru there and not the Pacific northwest.

Dallas and Oakland are both looking real good this year after so many years of not being relevant.

Dallas was relevant 2 years ago. They gave the Packers all they could handle at Lambeau. Last year injuries to Romo and Dez torpedoed their season. They've been relevant ever since they started rebuilding their offensive line.

Reggie Mckenzie has it together in Oakland after a rough start. He had a lot of crap to get rid of there.

An Oakland Vs Dallas Super Bowl is looking more probable; both on five game win streaks.

Miami is on a win streak....what.... five (5) straight!?

Quietly the New York GIANTS have run their streak to five games. The Detroit Lions are indeed LIONS and winning 4 of last 5.

How does KC ( 4-1 in last five) keep winning? That 62 yard FG to win in OT last night was awesome given their late fourth quarter heroics to get to OT.

Atlanta (3-2 in their last five) still hasn't reached it's late season collapse point.

Buffalo is a fun team to watch yet only winning 2-3 in last five.

The Green Bay Packers not so much (1-4 in last five). I have hope for tonight in Philly.

Now Jeff Fisher is pissing off former Rams players
