I think MM is an average head coach; but AROD is not buying in.

I would be in favor of a strong personality offensive coordinator who can rekindle the fire in AROD
    Hoody Genius Jr
    Shawn Payton
    Jim Harbaugh

Feel free to add others but those seems to be candidates.
TERD Buckley over Troy Vincent, Robert Ferguson over Chris Chambers, Kevn King instead of TJ Watt, and now, RICH GANNON, over JIMMY JIMMY JIMMY LEONARD. Thank you FLOWER

steve young says its a problem between coach and a-rod, and you keep a-rod

When Silverstein watched film he saw what Hasslebeck saw. And noted seems to be some disconnect between QB and HC.......and.......HC and GM........

Fortunately Berman wasn't sitting in this round table discussion and is retiring soon.

I doubt any of these candidates are coming to GB anytime soon.

Curious on the logic; do you not thing they would be interested....or do you not think GB would be ?

I'd think having AROD means many offensive guru's would be attracted to GB

i've been saying the same damn thing for almost 2 months now. but i'm just an ignorant asshole who doesn't know what he's talking about because the experts calling the game say no one is ever open

i would not want harbaugh cause i think the guy is one of the biggest pussy piece of shits in the game

the other two i wouldn't mind. payton might just need a change of scenery like fat mike does

but we gotta act fast, chances are there's gonna be a lot of teams looking for head coaches, like san fran, and the browns and maybe bears

we need to fire fat mike early for he can go back to san fran taking away one open spot

Well if you run film on 600 offensive plays and 380 are passes, I am sure you can find a handful of guys who are open.
But Rodgers leads the league in frumpy expressions and negative body language on the sideline, which makes him, like Josh Allen, a unique double threat.

I personally think MM has gotten stale with the O. The modified Westcoast Offense was cutting edge for about 5 years. But DCs with enough film have caught on. The O needs to keep evolving.

and i think thats why head coaches have an expiration date with teams

you just can't keep doing the same thing every year and expecting the same results, other teams are gonna adjust, so you have to do something new. most coaches can't do that

i remember one time in high school. i played basketball. and for years the head coach ran the same plays, and all the plays were based off our main play. well we at an away game, and we walked into the visitors locker room, and there was our big main play drawn out on the blackboard for us by the other team, with the name we called it

needless to say, we ran it all game and got our asses kicked

the problem is that the open guys are the opens a-rod is usually looking at
