I believe that a division winner will always get home field over a wild card team, no matter the record.

I was picturing both GB and NY as wild card teams. PB is correct if we win our division and NY is the wildcard.
But Rodgers leads the league in frumpy expressions and negative body language on the sideline, which makes him, like Josh Allen, a unique double threat.

They will be different in Seattle, but not invulnerable as the Packers have showed 3 times in a row.

Here's what should keep you up at night: Giants are going to make the playoffs as a wildcard team. Which means if both Packer and G-men are in, they would play at Lambeau.
Oh, I'm there already. The frigid conditions, the supposedly superior Packer team. It's déjà vu all over again.

I do not ever want to play the New Eli Giants again. Ever.

Richard Sherman was fined $18,231 as a repeat offender for an unpenalized hit on Packers receiver Davante Adams. K.J. Wright was fined $48,620 as a repeat offender before an unnecessary roughness hit on Richard Rodgers. Cliff Avril was not fined for punching T.J. Lang below the belt. It's possible it couldn't be seen on video.

The all-22 doesn't show the Avril punch but it's weird to think that none of the TV cameras in the stadium would have captured it.

                  2 out of 3 ain't bad

After an unnecessary roughness penalty, linebacker K.J. Wright was fined $48,620 as a repeat offender. Wright delivered a high hit to Packers tight end Richard Rodgers as Rodgers attempted to make a reception.

Cornerback Richard Sherman was fined $18,231 as a repeat offender for a hit on Packers wide receiver Davante Adams. Sherman was not flagged during the game.

No fine was given to Seahawks pass rusher Cliff Avril after Packers offensive lineman T.J. Lang accused Avril of hitting him below the belt.
Two Seahawks players were hit with hefty fines for their actions in last week's loss to the Packers, ESPN reported Friday.

From an officiating standpoint, the rules of play say Sherman was allowed this hit. But the NFL review committee also considers player safety, which is why Sherman got fined. Video at site above.

UPDATE: Per ESPN, Seahawks defensive back Richard Sherman was fined for his hit on Packers receiver Devante Adams. Characterized as a “repeat offender,” Sherman was fined $18,231. It’s worth noting that a different part of the NFL’s Football Operations rules on the fines. For the most part, there is coordination with the Officiating Department. The hit was categorized under general unnecessary roughness and is entirely a judgment call, with Jon Runyan making the call on roughness fines. The hit was clean within the rules but the league prioritizes and maintains discretion over player safety.
