Both sides of this tragedy are considerably wrong. The players got screwed - they deserve more due process. But the school has a right to severely punish players who are taking advantage of a drunk woman, even tho they legally skated.

This is not a repeat of the Duke Lacrosse Team fiasco. There's some there there.

i have a hunch this is a bunch of whiny overblown bullshit. Women and homosexuals often times have some weird fucking axe to grind with straight men. Men need to stick together and combat this ridiculous bullshit.

The people with common sense in our country need to organize so we can stage strong, crushing boycotts. The people who are in charge are insane and are destroying our once great nation.

There is more information dribbling out. The university commission that suspended the players had more evidence (electronic of some sort - texts?) that caused them to conclude that the men knew the woman was out of it. There were lots of inconsistencies and apparent collusion in answers the guys gave.

I have a question: Is there anybody here who is willing to say they would have gotten in line to have sex with the woman? It happened at 4 AM. You've seen several guys have at her. You have to suspect the woman is not all there. If you think the guys did nothing wrong, would you do the same as they did?

RS became increasingly confused and repeatedly asked where all of the people were coming from. She repeatedly yelled at the crowd to stop sending people in the bedroom. She repeatedly yelled, "I can't handle this many people" and "1 don' t want this to happen." She yelled several times that she hated the onlookers, to which they laughed and someone responded, "ha ha, why?" At one point, RS asked the onlookers to "get A2 ., because she thought that he would help her. In response, someone said that "he has had his turn and you have a lot more to go."

News outlets just salivate over trauma and potential wrong doings. I don't doubt that she was very out of it. This is why women getting drunk and agreeing to bang a couple guys can get out of hand. Which ones did she want to bang? Which were too many? How many drinks is drunk?

The whole thing is a cluster fuck. I'd lean on the side of the guys. A girl who starts a gang bang, for a 20 year old in this drunken sex amped culture, its tempting. She should probably stop drinking and stop agreeing to bang a bunch of guys and she can never have to worry about this again.

I know for me, I don't have a vagina to be sought after, but I've gotten drunk and bought too many people drinks. I'm sure at points i said, "hey, I don't want to keep buying all these drinks" and they were probably like, "it's ok, we want drinks" and I did it anyway. Moral of the story is to stay sober and surround myself with good people who I trust. Then nothing like that happens. I guess it's just an attitude of personal responsibility that I use to help keep me safe now that I've lived a little life and know the risks.

Just a clarification. It isn't the guys versus the girl. The girl was done with it a month ago. She just wanted it all dropped. Nobody is suggesting that the girl doesn't share in some of the blame. I doubt she is proud of what happened.

It's the university vrs. the football players. The U says the boys violated their code of conduct for students. The team cries foul.
