Odds are that someday we're not going to have a Hall of Fame caliber QB behind center anymore. Can you imagine what this team would be like with say a middle of the road Jay Cutler or a Sam Bradford or even worse QB at the helm? Fuck, we'd be lucky to be at .500 most years. We've been spoiled with well above average QB play for almost 25 years now so it's going to be real interesting to see what type of team we become when that streak comes to an end.

I have said this for awhile. There was no urgency in Favres last few years to get talent. Just as there is absolutely no urgency to fully utilize AR's talent.
