  • The Official Packer - Falcon Gameday Thread Act 2

ARod is a man among boys right now. I have never seen this level of play from a QB over as long a time. He guaranteed 6 wins to finish the season and now has started a 4 game playoff run.

ATL got the easy track for the NFL playoffs. They had a bye week and then they got the Jekyll and Hyde Seachickens at home. ATL like DAL is already counting the days until the Super Bowl over looking the lowly 4 seed Packers.

In a game eerily like last week, the Packers jump out quickly on the Falcons and get a nice lead. Then the D hangs on as best they can to finish the game.

    Packers win 38-34.

But Rodgers leads the league in frumpy expressions and negative body language on the sideline, which makes him, like Josh Allen, a unique double threat.

Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

Woo! ThunderDan, bring it home 2 more weeks. Rodgers gets props for his play, but I've never seen a threadstarter with so much continuous success as you. Very impressive!

Don't know what to make of this game. How many of the walking wounded will play? Of those that do, will they be healthy enough to be effective? Still, this team has a mental toughness that's hard to beat.

                Same as last week.

Run the table, means run the table.

                    Falcons 31

Gonna make the Oilers/Bills playoff game look like child's play.

Time to find some other hobbies for Sunday's rats; our season ends today.

Dom had been on borrowed time trying to keep this defense above water for weeks and he's done a great job finding a way. Today the ship sinks.

Atlanta averages a lot of pts a home an we don't have a drafted player at CB today.

Everything needs to be perfect for our win today; it's time to cherish what we had but reality kicks us in the nuts today.

                        Atlanta 44
                        GB 38

The solutions lies within our organization to push us over the top.

Melvanize Ted Thompson; hire Eliot Wolf !
TERD Buckley over Troy Vincent, Robert Ferguson over Chris Chambers, Kevn King instead of TJ Watt, and now, RICH GANNON, over JIMMY JIMMY JIMMY LEONARD. Thank you FLOWER

All the questionable receivers plus Burnett are game time decisions, as yesterday's work ruled none of them out. Yesterday is not trivial in Green Bay, as unlike a lot of teams, Packers do more than a walkthrough on the day before a game.

Burnett and Nelson were the only ones who were listed in the Friday injury report as "limited," which means had the Packers practiced they would have done something. Thus, it's likely Burnett is ahead of the others and a pretty good bet to play.
I actually think this is wrong, http://packerrats.com/showthread.php...l=1#post918088

as Burnett was the only one listed as Limited. Which is good news for Burnett, as the article states.
