If it does happen, its because this draft, while very, very deep, has very few first round locks. It's all perception, of course, but I see this draft as top heavy. Why wouldn't TT trade up? Go for quality instead of quantity. Get 4 or 5 first tier guys rather than 10 second tier.One time Lombardi was disgusted with the team in practice and told them they were going to have to start with the basics.
