McCarthy on Montgomery at RB: He's our starting running back. Development is over. It's about winning games.

Michael Cohen @Michael_Cohen13 10m10 minutes ago
McCarthy on Ahmad Brooks: "He's been here all weekend getting acclimated. I think he'll be an excellent contributor to our defense."

Michael Cohen @Michael_Cohen13 8m8 minutes ago
McCarthy on WR cuts: "We lost some good young guys, and you're fortunate to get a couple back, too. ... Wish you could keep them all."

Tom Silverstein @TomSilverstein 7m7 minutes ago
McCarthy on losing Hill: You don't ever want to lose any of your quarterbacks.
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

We have a solid chance of starting 0-2
Swede: My expertise in this area is extensive. The essential difference between a "battleship" and an "aircraft carrier" is that an aircraft carrier requires five direct hits to sink, but it takes only four direct hits to sink a battleship.

I think Brooks is wearing Desmond Bishop's 55. He and Odom (98) are practicing. Have seen nothing on Dial.

Monty Adams is practicing. Matthews, Perry, Dix, Lucas Patrick and King all back for practice.

Looks like only player on #Packers' 53 who's not practicing is starting RT Bryan Bulaga, who injured his right ankle in practice on Aug. 23.

Can we not do "Monty Adams"? I keep getting mixed up. Is this Ty Montgomery? Davante Adams? Did somebody mix their sperm and plant it in Serena Williams to produce a super-baby?

              He exists!

              I can't run no more
              With that lawless crowd
While the killers in high places
              Say their prayers out loud
But they've summoned, they've summoned up
              A thundercloud

Its got to be either M Adams or Monty Adams until I learn how to spell Montavious without looking it up.

Is he Rastafarian? We could call him Mon.

If we don't like "Mon Adams," how about "Tra"?
