No, I don't think he things that for two reasons.

Moving the ball usually works for them against almost all defenses.

In this game drives have been a struggle, but they have gotten yardage all game with the exception of one drive.

I did not like the strategy after first down, when they gained 4 or 5. But I get that he thinks they can score.

Never ever burn timeouts on defense when dunderdummy is your defensive coordinator... give him half a chance and he'll give up a point per second.
