Atlanta presents some different challenges from Seattle . The greatest of these will be faced by the CB's .

Seattle was a good first test for the Packers , but I never grade on less than 4 games . I'm very pleased with what I see so far , but I'm not ready to start handing out any medals yet. Although Murphy filling in for Bulaga played his guts out against the Seahawks . "At a Boy" !

GB's offense will continue to get even better as the season rolls along. I hope the Defense will be doing so as well .

I expect them to play better offensively than they did yesterday.
Well, they lost their OC, so yeah, it's possible. At least experiencing some early season struggles, anyway.

They had to cut Gunter before the Atlanta game. Every time he even heard Julio Jones name he fell down in the fetal position muttering "think of a safe place"

And Ryan played out of his mind, and IMO over his head last season. Does it continue?

Here it is (and this explains Pankey):

Anyone get an update on Brooks' noggin?
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

McCarthy on Spriggs: Too early to tell but will be out at least a couple weeks, MM says.

10 lineman, 7 of which are healthy

OLB Ahmad Brooks (concussion) was allowed to watch practice, which means he may be close to returning. #packers

No idea. When they mentioned during the game that Brooks was being evaluated for a concussion, I couldn't remember hearing his name mentioned. He played 6 snaps on defense and 1 on special teams. He was credited with 1 tackle on a Lacy run midway through the 2nd quarter.
                        I can't run no more

He got hit on the head.

                          Sorry, KY. Couldn't stop myself.

Both tackles now on the injury list, Bulaga with his ankle and Bakhtiari with a hamstring. Explains swapping RJF for Pankey. Here comes the annual injury parade.

Can Pankey play tackle? With Spriggs out (not a loss), Murphy is the only healthy tackle unless I'm missing someone. Atlanta may not have the line Seattle does, but if Bakhtiari and Bulaga are out, Rodgers is in big trouble.

On the plus side, Atlanta has o-line troubles even without injury. Their new guard (replaced a guy who retired) had a terrible game against the Bears:

The Atlanta coach is talking about cleaning things up... where have I heard that kind of coach speak before, and how well did it work out?

Have to hope Bakhtiari can go and that he doesn't make whatever he has worse.
