I think anyone who might be called up to long snap can take on the mantle of TAYBOR™. Sorta a Green Lantern or Thor kinda thing.Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

If the ball is set on a spot Crosby has not targeted as he begins to move, all sorts of funky things happen. The spot was bad on the first, the timing hurt on the second I believe.Originally posted by smuggler View PostWas the hold really all that bad? The snap was low and he got it down. Just not in time to keep Crosby's timing in tact.

Happens all the time to me. You get used to it, believe me.Originally posted by pbmax View PostThink about moving the golf ball as you backswing a golf club. One time Lombardi was disgusted with the team in practice and told them they were going to have to start with the basics. He held up a ball and said: "This is a football." McGee immediately called out, "Stop, coach, you're going too fast," and that gave everyone a laugh.

That was an exciting punt. It exploded off his foot. I jumped up as soon as he hit it. I don’t know how I knew it was hit so hard, but I’ve watched a lot of football and I just knew it was a boomer. I worried it would be too deep, but when Janis was there to finish, I celebrated like we won the super bowl.Formerly known as JustinHarrell.

Mostly not keeping my head still. But the dizziness thing is getting to be more of a problem. lolOriginally posted by pbmax View PostIs it the dizziness or bi-focals doing that to you?

The snap was low and Vogel 'the holder', did in my view of it, a fine job of just getting the ball down and in some decent angle for the kick. To condemn Vogel for an actual Bad Hold is splitting hairs to simply being over critical and his role in the kicking process. I felt he made a solid recovery. Mason Crosby might disagree.Originally posted by smuggler View PostWas the hold really all that bad? The snap was low and he got it down. Just not in time to keep Crosby's timing in tact.
All that doesn't matter as the Kickers sensitivity to the imperfect and how that affects his approach to actually kicking the ball Trumps all else.** Since 2006 3 X Pro Pickem' Champion; 4 X Runner-Up and 3 X 3rd place.

Not quite. After the pick Mills got tackled at about the 5 yard line. Call it a pick-3.Originally posted by mraynrand View PostYep. Think about the NFCC game against Carolina. Favre gave up a pick six and fumbled leading to a FG. Packers defense 'allowed' ten points. A great defense can make an offense having a marginal day look tremendous.
