Clearly it seems as if there's now 'a Power Struggle' in Green Bay and the pressure is clearly on Mark Murphy.As for Rodgers, he probably just wants a new voice and feels like Ball would be the same as Thompson. There's nothing available yet and who Aaron Rodgers wants as the next Packer GM. The Packers have already interviewed in-house candidates Eliot Wolf and Brian Gutekunst.

The Packers are also reportedly interesting in Baltimore Ravens assistant GM Eric DeCosta and Minnesota Vikings assistant GM George Paton.
