I know what Anti - Polar Bear's pick is.
I'm reluctant to Post it unless there's a rush to get things moving again. That Pick he wanted for Arizona is solid.
He may have changed his mind since this afternoon?** Since 2006 3 X Pro Pickem' Champion; 4 X Runner-Up and 3 X 3rd place.

How fast is Lamar Jackson? Who the fuck knows? Jackson refuses to run the 40 out of fear of being typecast as a receiver. At Louisville, Jackson had a penchant for leaving foes in the dust, so apparently, he can definitely fly. A mama's boy. Jackson's mother once called the Louisville coaches to remind them that they promised to play Jackson at QB and QB only, not some inferior position like punt returner. Is Jackson a carbon copy of RG3 or will he become the most dynamic QB in the NFL since Kap? The Cardinals are about to find out firsthand. Cardinals of Arizona draft Lamar Jackson, QB, Louisville.
The Ravens and Woody are on the clock.

Tom Brady has stoked the rumors that the New England Patriots are interested in quarterback prospect Lamar Jackson.Reports surfaced this week that the Patriots are the team most interested in drafting the former Heisman Trophy winner, and Brady added more fuel to that fire Wednesday night by responding to an Instagram comment from NFL Network analyst Deion Sanders. Tom Brady seems to approve of the Patriots drafting Lamar Jackson? He commented back, “he’s a beast!!!!” pic.twitter.com/cZzBiMW63E— Nick Veronica (@NickVeronica) April 12, 2018 Jackson caught wind and responded appropriately to such high praise from the winningest quarterback in NFL history. The🐐 Spoke 😈 https://t.co/Woo9c2IMH2— Lamar Jackson (@Lj_era8) April 12, 2018 Jackson is currently being projected as a mid-first-round draft pick. The Patriots own the 23rd and 31st overall picks on Day 1.

A nice Pick Anti-Polar Bear: Two obvious earlier Draft destinations for QB Prospect Lamar Jackson were Arizona and as the possible replacement for Joe Flacco in Baltimore.

The Baltimore Ravens have need at TE and WR and at ILB and the OL.
Baltimore fans preferred a selection at WR of D.J. Moore over Calvin Ridley. I'm not so sure given Calvin Ridley's credentials that's their best option.
As I see it the University of Alabama has produced another top notch first round WR talent with an NFL.com Grade of 6.40 in Calvin Ridley.
Out of high school, Calvin Ridley was the best WR prospect in the country. He immediately made an impact for Alabama. Calvin Ridley is known for running crisp routes and utilizing top tier speed to get open. He has outstanding hands and an ability to adjust to the ball. I believe like most Analysts that he's the best receiver in this class. If he can improve on beating press coverage at the line of scrimmage, he can consistently win in the NFL.

If Ridley is available and the Packers don't pick him, they're gonna regret the decision. Could be Randy Moss all over again.

Maybe Moss is a bit too much, but let's just say for argument he's worthy of a top 15 pick. Wouldn't it be nice to have a real stud of a receiver to go along with Rodgers at his peak? Packers with Favre and Rodgers have had some decent receivers (Freeman, Brooks, Jennings, Nelson) but they really have not had a truly First team all-pro quality stud receiver since Sterling Sharpe. And having a guy like that can make everyone else more effective. I find myself thinking of Vernon Davis versus AJ Hawk...Originally posted by Anti-Polar Bear View PostExcellent pick.

But Packers need defensive backs so maybe we trade down and draft a couple of Randalls..."Never, never ever support a punk like mraynrand. Rather be as I am and feel real sympathy for his sickness." - Woodbuck

Good post. The corner depth in this year's draft is supposed to be good. Starter quality corners should be available in rounds 2-4.Originally posted by mraynrand View PostMaybe Moss is a bit too much, but let's just say for argument he's worthy of a top 15 pick. Stay tuned for my 2018 "My Mastery Mockery of a Draft" to find out which corners Herr Gutekunst should pick.
