Goodell does get some things right. The things he leaves up to programmers.
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

Spoon beat the deadline release by nearly an hour. Great work.

          Tom Silverstein @TomSilverstein
#Packers will face the #Seahawks in a Thursday night game on Nov. 15 in Seattle.

          Tom Silverstein @TomSilverstein
Contrary to what has been reported, the #Packers are in Detroit in Week 5.

          Tom Silverstein @TomSilverstein
By process of elimination I believe that leaves the #Packers at #Vikings in Week 12.

          Tom Silverstein @TomSilverstein
Have just been told that the #Vikings game in Week 12 is Nov. 25 and on SNF.

Gonna need that bye week to prep for the Rams and Patriots back to back.

Jiminy Christmas! Cheapest nosebleed seats at the NE game are already $355. 50 yard line is $1200....

pre-draft W/L guess...8-8 (maybe 9-7). lots of noon games (i like that). december will be cold (no indoor or warm games). lots of travel in the middle games.

So this season rest differential losers are IND with -11, JAX -9, DET NYG & WAS -7, NO -6. Rest differential winners are ARI +12, PIT & HOU +10, and GB +9.

I work in the NE pretty much every week. Maybe I'll go - it's 25min from where I'd be on that Monday b

I expect the defense to be better tho... might take a bit to get in sync, but I do expect some defensive improvement.

Two things regarding schedules in general. One is that a team’s bye week doesn’t mean anything, early or late

                                Bill Bardwell @billbarnwell
Two is that there’s no relationship between winning and the cumulative rest advantage a team enjoys over their opponents on schedule alone. Correlation between rest difference and win percentage since 1989 is -0.03.
