If he is gone, you are left with tackle/OLB/OLB/DT options without huge value at 14, you try to go down.

That's assuming the teams agree on the top players. Someone's likely to drop. They always do. However, it isn't often GB picks near the top, so this could be the year the QBs drop and the other talent stays at the top.
