    Kid isn't slow for his size. Watch the tape. This isn't Mike Williams. This kid is athletic. He had the second best shuttle at the combine and the best 3-cone among WR. On a 6'3" 207 frame. He also had a very good 38" vertical and a solid 10" broad jump. To put his athleticism in perspective, here are his measurables compared to Courtland Sutton (another big receiver who tested very well at the combine):

    Moore = 6'3" 207, 4.6 40 (4.48 at Pro Day), 4.04 shuttle, 6.56 3-cone, 38" vertical, 10' broad jump
    Sutton = 6'3" 218, 4.54 40, 4.11 shuttle, 6.57 3-cone, 35 1/2" vertical, 10' 4" broad jump

    I think two things are clear with the current scouting department, the Packers like to draft high character (team captains, smart) players and players who test well.

    Jaire Alexander tested as one of the top 2 overall athletes among CBs. Only Avonte Maddox tested better.
    Josh Jackson, despite a pedestrian 40, was solidly near the top in overall athleticism.
    Oren Burks tested as the best or second best overall athlete among LBs.
    J'Mon Mooe tested as one of the top 3 overall athletes among WRs. Only D.J. Moore and Dylan Cantrell tested better.
    MVS ran a 4.37 40 at 6'4".
    "There's a lot of interest in the draft. It's great. But quite frankly, most of the people that are commenting on it don't know anything about what they are talking about."--Ted Thompson

      Love this pick. I watched at least 5 Missouri games this year and he always stood out.

            Sleeper pick if he can fixes his dropped passes. Don’t let the 40 time fool you, the kid can make big plays.

              h/t to Brandon

              Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

                GBPG:

                LOWDOWN: Big, physical receiver who was ultra-productive in final two college seasons. Exceeded 60 catches and 1,000 yards as junior and senior, combining for 18 touchdown receptions in the two seasons. Averaged more than 16 yards per catch each year. Benched 21 reps at combine. Followed a disappointing 4.60 40 at the combine with 4.49 at his pro day. Impressive jumping ability, his 38-inch vertical leap ranked fourth among receivers at the combine. Arms are 32 7/8 inches, hands 9 3/8 inches. I think he plays closer to what he ran at his pro day. “He plays fast,” college scouting director Jon-Eric Sullivan said. “I think we had him at 4.49 at his pro day. When you watch him come off the ball, he can close space, close the cushion. He’s got a really natural, pretty gait. We were not concerned with his play speed at all, and when he ran that 4.49 at his pro day that kind of solidified what we saw on film.” Too often hunted the big play in college, leading to issues with drops. Dropped 12 passes as a junior. Temporarily lost his starting job that season because of drops. Quickly regained job, and drops were not an issue in his senior season. “I have to learn how to humble my eyes,” Moore said. “That’s how I’ll say it. I have to learn how to humble them. Because a lot of the problems I had was, I dropped easy balls. Which you’re not supposed to drop. It’s me trying to do something with the ball before I even have it in my hands, or me trying to figure out where the ball is coming before I can get it all the way in. it’s just something I’ve had to work on, something I’ve developed and something I work on every time I go out and work on my craft. So that’s a small hiccup that I’m over.” - Ryan Wood

                  This Guy has potential and he's competitive tough.

                  The Packers need to develop 'the Guy' to take the heat off D.Adams or this will be a tough Season.

                  The Packers are another couple of Seasons away anyway; and hopefully it will be just a decade between Super Bowl Wins.

                  The defensive backfield has to recover some strength and obviously grow.

                  The Packers have invested over the TOP too much on the Secondary to see it as it is. The BRASS went 'all in' again and CB in this Draft.

                  If OLB (ILB) Oren Burks is 'the REAL DEAL', we'll have addressed SLOW and LBer.

                  We need to see some kind of upgrade and Pass Rush. The Defense is too slow up front. Too SLOW in the MIDDLE and just awful (arguably the WORST in the NFL) on the back end. Solid QB's have easy picking against our weak secondary.

                  Did Goot get 'anything REAL' and upgrading the RHS of the OL?

                  The two TOP priorities were:

                  A.) PASS Rush to take the heat off a pathetic Defensive Backfield. Did Goot respond to this in his first Draftt?

                  NO !

                  B.) Did Goot address the RHS of the Packer Offensive Line?

                  He's throwing a lot of mud against that wall and the Packer WR Stable.

                  C.) Has Goot addressed a weak WR Stable?

                  Aside from 'a wish and a prayer approach'....NO !

                  What do we really have at a former TOP shelf strength and WR?

                  The mud at that position has been thrown on the wall. Will any of it stick? Coaching !?

                  Are we falling behind the Vikings and Lions >>> Aaron Rodgers !?

                  Before we can compete with the NFL Elite Teams we have to win back the NFCN Title.

                  There are a lot of question marks ! Too many ? marks !
