So, Assholes out in front, Alouettes and Dogs bringing up the rear, and Riders in the middle, riding with a leg up while also getting ridden at the same time. Sounds like a thrilling race to the finish. I remember watching a handful of CFL games on tv when I was in high school. I have no idea why it would have been televised in the states, but there it was. I remember watching the Winnepeg Something Bombers beating the crap out of some team from Hamilton. A guy named Tom Clements was the QB, though at the time I had no idea why that would be interesting.

              • Sorry if this has already been covered/beat to death:

Jay Cutler’s Quote of the Week
Kristin wants Jay to get a new job, or at least a hobby, because apparently she’s tired of him sitting around the house all day watching random deer. “Just to not have to deal with Jay on a daily basis … I cannot wait for that to be over,” is an actual sentence Kristin says about Jay, who, I’ll remind you, is her husband. Over a nice dinner, Kristin asks Jay what he plans to do in retirement, and Jay responds, “I’m not really looking to do a lot of work right now. I’m looking to do the exact opposite of that.”

Winnipeg Blue Bombers and Hamilton Ticats. Clements was a hell of a qb. Nice work with the dog references btw. Just remember no one likes the asshole and Calgary can suck it!

It is a fun game to watch and has a lot of similarities as well as differences. If you want to see the direction NFL offences are trending, watch for new developments in the CFL and you will see a lot of similar concepts creep in about 5 years later.

On a tangent Johny Manziel is starting for the al's on friday it seems

Hi Packerrats...Boy is Montreal ever pulling for Manziel. I’ve been in the Montreal since July 19 and the hype he’s getting in the Media here is amazing. Mike Sherman teamed up with Johnny Football is double amazing.

                      • Processed cheese was first aersolized in 1965, more than a decade before the advent of the modern air attack in pro football and the year before the NFL and AFL merged. Packers beat Colts in conference playoff and then Browns in the Championship game. In one of those ironies of history, the air that was put into cheese was taken out of the football, as both starting QBs (Starr and Unitas) and the Colt backup (Gary Cuozzo) were injured and unable to play in the conference playoff.

S'up Woody. Hope you're enjoying Montreal. Is the city awesome?

Sherman recruited Johnny Footballl to Texas AM, but Johnny Football redshirted, and then Sherman was soon thereafter exiled. Sherman and Johnny Football are gonna light up Canada, methinks.

I think in Canada it is legal to suck if you don't inhale.

I don't want to know what this means.

This thread sucks. I drop a totally awesome Jay Cutler bit, and all I get in response is some post about government cheese.
