That's the problem pb. It's not an actual rule...it's just some fucked up inconsistent guesstimate that is being arbitrarily called with no rhyme or reason ...snip...

Apparently both teams drained the tank last week and forgot to fill up. The Packers look like garbage today.

I didn't see the GB game but the Vikings were nothing short of atrocious. Very well could be a hangover from the epic game last week.
