            Randall is feast/famine. Makes some good plays, followed by head-scratchers.

              i don't think brice was bad today. got to give him time. it's only his 9th start i think. randall is still a cle backup i believe.

                    Refs call early whistle on clear forced fumble of Carr; earlier blew early whistle on Lynch who was spinning out of a tackle. Officiating has to be better.
