  • Another Packer of the '60s is gone.....

Maybe the most underrated of them all - Bob Skoronski. Passed away Tuesday.

A number of years ago, Bart Starr identified Skoronski as the most deserving of the Lombardi Packers not in the HoF. This was when fans everywhere were calling for Jerry Kramer to get in. Lombardi's feelings are best deciphered from the fact that Lombardi named Skoronski the permanent captain on offense, not Gregg, Kramer, Starr or any of the more heralded players.

Yup, found out earlier today. A member of our church was his next door neighbor.
But Rodgers leads the league in frumpy expressions and negative body language on the sideline, which makes him, like Josh Allen, a unique double threat.
