I've gotten myself into a fairly complex situation with our elves on shelves. I just spent halftime writing response letters to my kids and snapping elf selfies on my daughter's phone. It's a lot of work but totally worth it; my kids have absolutely lit up since I stepped up the dad game on this one. I came back 3 minutes into the half to see the Packers stall at midfield.

That's a long way of saying that M3 still has not stepped up his coaching game to inject life and creativity into this team.
