  • Official Packers vs. Falcons Game Day Thread

How the mighty have fallen. Less than 2 years ago, these teams met in the NFC Title Game. Since then the Falcons are 14-14, and the Packers are 11-16-1.

Packers lead all-time series 17-16, 15-14 in regular season, 2-2 in playoffs.

Packers are 6-0 vs. Falcons at Lambeau in December.

Murphy made Mike take a hike, so put on a show for Joe!

    Packers 30
    Falcons 20

While the killers in high places

But they've summoned, they've summoned up

Packers break out fast then run out of ideas.

Defense keeps it close but Falcons have too many options.

      Pack loses 27-24
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

I can't really root for the Packers to lose, but I see the logic of them losing as a benefit in the long term.

I think that means I can't watch. Though it will be interesting to see if Pettine can do any better against this Falcons' offense than Dom did last two times out...

Yawn. It will be tough to stay awake for this one. Would prefer they put Rodgers on IR and start Kizer/Boyle the rest of the season.

                Inactives

                Lane Taylor
                Byron Bell
                Bryan Bulaga
                Tim Boyle
                Natrell Jamerson
                Kendall Donnerson
                James Looney

3/5 of the starting OL is out. That should be fun.

We're so close to being average. Is this the day we move closer to that level?

No catch. Can't believe we have to challenge.

Refs still suck. How do you call that a catch and force a team to challenge?

Getting screwed by the refs again.

                              A Packers tradition!
