Right. IIRC, his start in alternative metrics came as a result of arguing Ben was better than Brady.

I don't know, but I'll yearn for the Packers to find some pass rushers.

Yep. Failure to adjust all around. And some adjustments have been costly (extended offensive).

I think I do remember that. I think he used to blog at pro football reference didn’t he? Chase Stuart and Neil Paine did too I think.

I would like to merge the Ravens and Packer scouting departments.

Antonio Gates is basically Calvin Hill at this point and that is a good thing.

                That's a fumble before he's down.

WOW; this Melvin Gordon TD; the ref's majorly f'cked up and since they blew the whistle I'm not sure what they can do on replay
TERD Buckley over Troy Vincent, Robert Ferguson over Chris Chambers, Kevn King instead of TJ Watt, and now, RICH GANNON, over JIMMY JIMMY JIMMY LEONARD. Thank you FLOWER

Oh God. They gave Gene Steratore a sports jacket and a spot in the booth.

George Will used to complain that football combined two bad American excesses: committee meetings and violence. A ref in the booth proves one of those things.

YUP; but I don't think they can reverse it and call it a fumble, can they ??

Ravens need to bring Flacco in. They need to throw the ball downfield.

Horrible coaching decision by Harbaugh there not to bring in Flacco. You have three 1st downs for the game in the 4th qtr and you stick with Jackson? Just bad.

Chargers are going to be a tough out. But history suggests they will go out. Painfully.

This makes sense until you watch the formerly Flacco led offense. He wasn’t benched because they were flying high.

Don't remember if this was in another thread or not but that those dreams might begin to come true: Packers to Hire Milt Hendrickson to prominent FO position.

The word is he will be an Assistant GM. Hopefully he brings some scouts from Linebacker U.
