      • Kinda feel for Metcalf. All that self promotion for nothing.
All hail the Ruler of the Meadow!

I did too Ras. I just liked the amount of activity jammed into the 2 days especially with trades taking place fast and furious. This 3 day format is boring and drags on forever. The spectacle it's become is somewhere between silly and incredibly fn' stupid. Just make the damn picks and get on with it. This isn't rocket surgery.

          • I like Anthony Nelson from Iowa. He’s 6’7”, very athletic. Will put on 10-20 more pounds. Quality college player with upside to get better as he fills out the rest of the way.

I'm with you there....takes forever and the coverage has sucked for many years. Having picks stack up sucks and it happens more every year. In the last day it's the worst. They can have the entire rounds draft happen and they will be 5 picks behind.....*sigh*

Turner at RG is less of a need than Taylor at LG IMHO.

I used to eat it up but I probably won't even watch it.

I'm with you there red. I know I won't be watching at all tomorrow. Wait until it's over and then just read the Cliff's Notes to find out what happened.

I'm not sold on Turner at all. Can't for the life of me figure out why they threw so much money at him. Has never been the intended starter going into any of his five NFL seasons, and the years following the two seasons during which he did have appreciable playing time the Dolphins and Broncos didn't show much faith in him.
