Do you use a PPR scoring system or some other?
Who is the leagues manager/commissioner?
How many teams and divisions are in this league?
Is it a snake draft and how is the draft order determined?
What is the leagues policy on trades? Does the League Manager have the power to stop a trade if it is unfair to the other teams in that division/league?
Who takes over a team should (and usually does) happen that an owner abandoned their team?
When is the draft scheduled to be held? Can a league member practice ahead of time with a "mock draft" on the host site?
This is a serious inquiry and may determine weather I and others will request to join this league.

one League, one championship, Divisions if numbers demand it but I think up to 20 players or so we are doing a common draft

Yes but strongly determined by votes of member teams

Commissioner will lock the team. If its functional its left alone, otherwise late in week pickups might happen to allow a full lineup. Will not edit weekly to fill bye weeks.

Wednesday, Sept. 4th just before the first game of the season. You can test the draft app before the draft. There are mock drafts on the site, not sure if you can use the app to do your own mock draft.
