Have some hopes for Wilkins at QB. Saw about 10 of his games at ASU the last few years and he was impressive. Of course, will it translate to this level? We shall see.

Lafleurs squad looks about a professional and on the ball as any McCarthy team in the preseason. OL impressive for not playing any starters. Both Light and DeBeer probably make the team.

I know i keep going on and on here but for not playing Bakh, Bulaga, Taylor, Lindsley or Turner, that OL held up pretty damn well. I’m impressed. I guess it’s probably easier to play Ol when the coach runs the ball more than 25% of the time.

They didn’t run the ball all that well. I’d say it’s picking up a whole new offense but most of those guys weren’t here last year. McCray Patrick and young guys should be able to run block. Not bad but not great.
