#Packers released CB Kabion Ento, per source. Tough break for him. Injured his hamstring on maybe the most athletic INT of camp, a leaping, over-the-shoulder catch, and couldn't play after that. He's a practice squad candidate.
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

      Moore what a wasted pick.
Swede: My expertise in this area is extensive. The essential difference between a "battleship" and an "aircraft carrier" is that an aircraft carrier requires five direct hits to sink, but it takes only four direct hits to sink a battleship.

McCray will play for someone this year more than likely. Tons of film on him for front offices to look at.

If Edgerton native Steve Stricker, I mean Elgton Jenkins/Taylor are at guard (other is backup inside) AND Lucas Patrick should make the roster (backup at inside positions) the means 8 OL at least on roster because neither of those guys are tackles unless they really think Turner can do it.

Bill Huber on J'Mon Moore: https://mavensports.io/packers/news/...Uy6qKJ0l4jknA/

Moore simply was not ready for prime time in his year-plus with the team. On Family Night as a rookie in 2018, Moore dropped a touchdown pass. A week later, in the preseason opener against Tennessee, Moore dropped two passes. A week after that, he dropped another pass. Because of his horrendous training camp, Moore was a total nonfactor with just two catches and 74 offensive snaps last season. In this year’s preseason opener, he dropped one touchdown pass and barely held onto another.

His quotes in the article seem to show he knew the hole he had dug. Not quite as much denial as the Thursday quotes when he likely knew his time was over. Feel a bit bad for the kid.

The #Packers have released DL James Looney, a source said. He definitely is a candidate for the practice squad

I don't know, he was a 4th round compensatory pick. Seems like a good time to take a chance on a high potential guy with some flaws you hope to correct.

Moore, McCray, Ficken, Looney.... some of the bigger name cuts so far.

Fadol Brown and Ramsey still hanging on.

McCray seemed like a real find in 2017, therefore the early favorite to take over as a starter in 2018. In reality, he probably outplayed himself in 2017. I expect he will have a longer career as a reliable backup for some team(s) in the seasons to come, or as the starter who his team always wants to upgrade. In the end, he will have a ten year career playing for different teams every year or two, while starting only a few games each year. Hard working, dependable. Unfortunately for McCray, GB has a slug of interior linemen, including some younger with probably more potential.

Some team somewhere will need him.

NFL.com is reporting GB released Kizer.

Also reporting the Seahawks trading for Clowney.
