He might fall that far because of size and injuries, but it feels unlikely - there are several QB needy teams, and there's also a higher likelihood Gute picks a more immediate need type of player. They will need to draft and develop a QB, but it might not be this year.
I'd give it another year or two. Rodgers has tread on the tires and if they can pass protect him he'll be at least ok until he's 39 or 40.Comment

I think they've given him a few chances and realize he's not that good. Maybe the light goes on but it feels like he is what he is at this point. It makes sense to give Keke some snaps to develop him and see what they have there.
