  • The Official Packers Bears Game Day Thread

The Packers and their arch-rival the Chicago Bears meet today on the hallowed ground of Lambeau Field. This is going to be the Packers first real test in a while after playing two cupcakes in NY and Wash.

The Packers D should be able to limit the Bears O and Turdbiscuit. If the O can play within the game plan and go for first downs and sustained drives we should be able to wear down the Bears D.

After the dust settles the Packers win 20 - 10.
But Rodgers leads the league in frumpy expressions and negative body language on the sideline, which makes him, like Josh Allen, a unique double threat.

If the Packers defense keeps Trubisky from extending plays with his legs, they will win.

The Pack needs to designate a Trubisky spy to clog the lane he boots to. If they do that - and have somehow learned how to cover a shallow-to-medium crossing route, they will be fine.

should be an interesting game, the bears and their fans say they are all fired up because if they win out and every other team in the nfl loses all the rest of their games, then they might make the playoffs

              should be an interesting game

                Start drinkin' Red.

My brother thinks Jonesy will have a big day and we ground out a win.

I hope he's right, it'd be a first for him.

The NFL channel said it was 17, my brother said it is 9, which is it, guys?

Both guys that were added to the roster to be backup T's are inactive today, Nijiman and Vanderhere or what ever ya call 'em.

I'd like one of those guys to get game reps, so we can see how bad they are.

I think we're in for another head scratcher of a game, this time I don't think the Pack comes out on top. Too many things going right for the Bears lately. I think the Pack will it keep it close since it's at home, but I think Bears will get a 10 pt lead early and Pack is playing catch up the rest of the game.

                        Hope I'm wrong.

I'm with you here. This game just has "stink" emanating from it.

I see BJ Goodson is inactive. Was he on any injury reports, or are the Packers going to finally see what they have or don't have in Oral Burks? With the Bears running the ball, you'd think Goodson would've been active. He can't move quick, but he's a thumper in the middle against the run.

Just looked at the Bears schedule. Their only signature win was beating the Vikings early in the season.

While they have been “rolling”, they have beaten the Lions twice and the Giants.

Very similar to the level of teams the Pack has played the last 2 weeks.

Goodson may not be grading out very well. If that's the case, Campbell may play the middle.
