  • Official Superb Owl LIV game day thread

It’s finally here. Even though today isn’t our day it is always a celebration. Here in central California, 49ers spirit is running high. But they also have worry underneath. The sting from losing the big game only a few years ago hasn’t been forgotten. Even the ones that talked trash about the Packers beat down get quiet when I tell them nothing that happened to get here will be remembered much if there is no championship to celebrate at the end of the day. The sparkle leaves their eyes for a brief second showing the fear is real.

I know alot of 49er bandwagoners jumped onboard this season but the vast majority of fans I know have been one since birth. Many have told me through the years how they admired the Packers from Favre to Rodgers and how the organization has been able to stay winning for almost 30 years.

On the other side the Chiefs for as much hype since Mahomie arrived seem like they are the team that has to prove themselves. Everything I have seen appears to say they are not as strong overall as the SF machine that annihilated GB. But I think if they win it has to be on the arms and feet of their QB. He is exciting to watch and finds ways to will his team to the victory. His mobility is the kryptonite needed for the ferocious niners defense. Because that’s really what it’s going to come down to IMO. Can Mahomes keep possession and eat up game clock. I don’t know any Chiefs fans but I will be rooting for Andy Reid. He is the veteran coach now, facing the son of the man who beat him before for the championship back in 97.

I’m rooting for KC because it will be forgotten in my area soon. Cuz if the 49ers win I will always hear about how they destroyed the Pack on the ride to the top.

Sadly, I think I better get use to hearing shit about it.

    Final score: SF 35 - KC 31

    Solid analysis.

The two best teams in the League; neither one is a pretender.

I voted for KC in the poll, but that was probably wishful thinking.

    Should be a good game.

    Go KC!

The Big Tomato will be dancing. Sherman gets burned by Tyreek Hill. Chiefs 31 49ers 27.

Interesting thing is that both defenses are vulnerable to what the opposing offenses like to run. Key to game is Mahomes and the 49er pass rush. If they contain and rack him, it is over. Mahomes stays clean/moves, he will pick apart SF zone. Not sure how KC defense stops the run any better than GB, without giving up chunks in passing game. Might sell out and then sKittles and receivers have monster day.

What's up with the use of Roman numerals? I always refrain from using that shit b/c the Romans persecuted, prosecuted and executed a hero of mine. Jesus was awesome, but I'm talking about Spartacus.

If I'm lucky enough to some day plant my seed, I'll name my future shutdown corner offspring, Tank Elf Duke 2, not Tank Elf Duke ll.

As for the game itself. I ain't give fucks. Will be boycotting game. That being said, any Pack fan watching the game should pray to the Neon God for a Chef victory.

Don't want that sodomitical shitshow that saw the 69ers pound the rock up and down the Packers' rear ends all night immortalized on a Super Bowl Champion DVD.

you mean, like a sequel? Is that really what you want for your son?

What if I clone myself? Hey Rand, you're a biologist. Could i not only clone myself but also add a little African gene to the clone?

Natural selection has all but wiped out non-black shutdown corners from the NFL. Would prefer to do it naturally, but my seeds might be dwindling due to excessive exposure to aphrodisiac vids, which also affects my ability to pick up chicks.

Today is 2/2. The anniversary of the day seattle beat Broncos 43-8.
Niners have two players from that day.
                        Equals good juju for Niners

                            I've taken the Chiefs.

Giving point and a half to do so.

                            Got the over 54.

Betting with the heart, I don't want those whiners winning.

That SF DLine is a strong force. All of em seem to be hitting their stride.
