Love this guy, what an addition!
He’s about the same height but 20 pounds heavier than Leonard Fournette.
He’s 3 inches shorter than Derrick Henry but about the same weight.
They all ran the 40 in the mid 4.5 range.
I think the Pack like the size, speed and athleticism combination of this guy. I can imagine that guys are not going to enjoy tackling this guy in the 4th qtr much like the Cowboys use to Marion Barber III in the 4th qtr with the lead.
He apparently moves the pile better than anyone else in this draft class.

Once again, I like having a dude that can pick up three when you need two.Originally posted by Vincenzo View PostLove this guy, what an addition!

I wasn't seeing that in the tape he looked like he went down without delivering a hit. For a 2nd round but back, l want to see him stand the defender up on the first contact and then power through. I just didn't see that.Originally posted by RashanGary View PostTacklers gonna have to make a choice. Go in with this guy and you getting hurt.2025 Ratpickers champion.

Bruh. That's not what I saw. I saw him one arm rag dolling DB's, blasting through tackles, bouncing off of hits, good balance and niftier feet than I would have thought for a "power back".Originally posted by MadScientist View PostI wasn't seeing that in the tape he looked like he went down without delivering a hit. Bill Huber @BillHuberSI
This is why area scouts are so crucial and so underrated. Here's the #Packers Mike Owen on RB A.J. Dillon, who caught just 21 passes in three years. "You go to practice, you see him running routes, you see him catching the football."Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

I'm coming around to thinking positive on this guy too.
I wonder who is gonna play fullback. Maybe Jamal Williams? Maybe Deguarra or one of the TEs we already have? I'm certainly in favor of not wasting a roster spot on a fullback, and if this Dillon is an upgrade from Williams and our coach and front office are not idiots, then what were they thinking? maybe thatWhat could be more GOOD and NORMAL and AMERICAN than Packer Football?
