So why run stupid ass pitch plays to outside that got ran down easily and pass plays that didn’t rely on more crossers against man coverage?

This Lafluer is proving he has a ways to go against the top teams. Keeps getting out coached. I will throw him a bone though that he doesn’t have all the right pieces however!!!
Hey, you are capable of a quality post. All very true. When you have a chase LB like White, you run right at his dumb ass. This team is clearly better at IZB at this point. No debate left on the matter. Flower has stunk on ice after 2 bye weeks now. Rodgers has been bad both years also, but I can be honest and put a lot of it on Flower in this game.

I'll also say this. Someone said Rodgers may have been concussed after that big hit. Maybe not concussed, but affected no doubt. Anyone here ski? After a wipeout when you are 20 you get up and ski all day like it never happened. When you are 35...well, you aren't the same all day.

Rodgers missed MVS deep 2x? I think. Both after that hit. He just wasn't the same. I think we are better than TB. A better game plan, and getting Rodgers to curb that competitiveness to take that big hit and I think we beat them if we meet again.

Clean up the pass protection on blitz pick ups. Gute needs to go get Brandin Cooks!! Cooks will give us that dynamic speed option in the middle of the defense that will open things up for everyone else. He can kind of “Stir The Drink” and make this LaFluer offense hum.

This whole thing can then turn into a “W”

Or continue to keep your head in the sand and do nothing and get steam rolled again. We don’t have enough short area speed and quickness in this LaFluer offense for it to run correctly against certain schemes and talent levels. LaFleur knows it too!!!!!!!
Please. More of this. I will stop calling you names, I promise. Its much less hysterical. A little more reasonable. In a game where the QB throws back to back pick 6s (yea, the second one basically was too) and THEN you lose your LT...well, its going to be a stinker. It doesn't mean all hope is lost.

None of us would be upset if we got Cooks. We all agree certain things were ugly. However, you can't dismiss the previous 4 games as if the entire season has looked like sunday after the first quarter.

LaFluer was so desperate yesterday that he was using Aaron Jones as the motion man in the offense. That is not an ideal situation at all.

They normally use Ervin but he is still just a jag. They need to improve this in order to beat the top tier teams. The proof is in the results.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but all 3 teams you mentioned have losses as well.

But its true, having DeGuerra, Ervin, Lazard, Tonyan, Sternberger all out does make the offense less versatile.

Would be nice if it was somehow just a matter of the 90* heat wearing our horses down and we bounce back and are fine after this.
We got behind. We couldn't run. Their D played downhill. Pass blocking wears down the OL, run blocking wears down the DL. Been saying it for a decade here.

The way they played Sunday was not on Gute. That was all on the players and coaches.
I hate to say it but arod was the biggest reason we lost and a few have pointed it out. He was starring down Adams and ignoring open guys. Reminds me of 2017-18 seasons.

I’m not dismissing the two interceptions. Still, we’re at 14-10 and it’s still a ball game. Yes, momentum shifted but it wasn’t like it was a packed house of fans either. They also had halftime to kind of re-group. Nothing could stop what was happening. It was actually very painful to watch!!! Whenever this team gets behind they just start to look lethargic and show a lack of any type of urgency. They have done this before in San Fran and San Diego so the Fucken humidity had nothing to do with it!!!

Rodgers didn’t look himself but he was under siege for most of the game and the timing was consistently disrupted in the passing game. We were truly in that situation where you needed a guy or guys to step up and make some big plays. I’m not sure Mercedes Lewis streaking down the middle of the field is the ideal option in a game of this magnitude!! Not when the other side has Gronk matched up on our safeties and LB’s. See the difference?

It’s was the perfect storm for our offense. They had the ability to shut down the Packers run game and basically take Adams out of the game and make our other guys beat them and they couldn’t. Gute needs to learn from this and go get someone to help and DO IT NOW!!!

Does anyone think Todd Bowles was worried about Darius Shepherd or even EQ? That one matchup shifts the balance of the whole thing. This is what happens when you play THE REALLY GOOD TEAMS!!!

You can get away with it against all the sloppy and mediocre defenses but it catches up when you need ALL HANDS ON DECK against a top tier team. You’d think the Packers would have that figured out by now.

I don't think Rodgers had a concussion. I really don't think he was messed up at all. The first interception, no question, was on him. The second one, however, was on target, and Adams just missed it. After that, did Rodgers give up or otherwise go bad? It's possible, but I don't think so. LaFleur said in his news conference, and I agree, it was a case of Tampa being exceptionally fired up and playing some excellent football. Is Tampa a better team than New Orleans? Player for player, I don't think so. If we play Tampa again, our place or their place, I'm pretty sure we beat them.
What could be more GOOD and NORMAL and AMERICAN than Packer Football?

That’s exactly what they said after the first Niners game last year!!!

Why would they not use more te sets? That is a big weakness of the bucs d. Tonyon should have had a big game.

Tonyan was out for a time. Lewis got some plays and looked absolutely ancient and dinged. Sternberger? we've been waiting for that boy to do something since the times of '29.

It's time for the Frenchman to go back into his lab and cook up a much stronger gameplan than we had Sunday.

We got turnovered. It happens, but we have several areas to patch up going forward.

I was SO happy when the game started.
