I tried to get my kids to drop out of school and focus on music. But just not their interest. I’m not a big believer in education. Seems the smarter people think they are with their stupid degrees, the dumber they actually are.

I’ve met lots of people with no education who think they are super smart. People are people.

Smartest people I've ever met were the kind of people that didn't pursue "education" but absolutely pursued "learning." A few of them had professional degrees, most didn't ever attend university. A PhD is pretty much useless 9 times out of 10.
