I don’t know if I’m gonna bet the under when we face a good pass rush actually. Love isn’t a really good runner, but he’s good. He’s not a big donkey who can just bounce of tacklers, but he’s sturdy…..

He’s got just enough size and athletic ability….. and seems to be accurate on the move. Maybe he could have big days against good pass rushes too. More moving pockets, screens, draws, runs, etc to keep them from teeing off.

I like the Jets getting a mountain of points against the Cowboys. Dallas looked great getting 2 defensive scores immediately, but how will they perform when that Jets D hits them in the mouth??

I like to brag about my sports betting winnings cos The Kentucky called me a “mooch,” and I guess I am really a mooch.

Poker winnings, however, I have stopped bragging about it. Only a “fish” (recreational player) does that. Besides, ain’t much to brag about.

But since you asked, allow me to humbly spell it out. Since returning from the maiden Vegas trip in July of ‘24, I was able to run up my poker bankroll to 12k. Went on a dreadful - and inevitable - downswing in May and June of this year, and lost a tad over 6k. Won 4k of it back in July and August.

Last week, I experienced coolers left and right (a cooler, in poker, is a situation where a strong hand loses to a stronger hand). Tilted me somewhat and I ended up punting even more frogskins with terrible decisions. 2600. Demoralizing.

I’ve gotta get better strategically and mentally. Have gotten learn how to take losses (and downswings) with stoicism.

And, goddamn, still can’t afford to quit the burger flipping gig.

I chickened out.

Subbed 69ers for Sheepfucks (at Tyrants) and added Cardinal Sins (vs Pussies of Charlotte). Wagered $50 instead.

Imma use the $200 winning to “cook” my poker book. Instead of a $175 losing poker session on Friday, the session now shows a win for $25.
