One of my fav quotes from a movie because of its brutal simplicity. It sums up the Packers current situation nicely. Yes I know they will not be last but the #2 seed. Let’s not lie to ourselves, after the ride this season and the feeling of impending glory to come not ending today as the top dog in the NFC will feel like being last.
The Packers are the hottest team in the NFC by far. The Bak news this week has created obvious concern. Last week we discovered Dillion might be able to carry a game. Lots of variable shit going on. I had thought this game would tough fought but a sure win by the good guys. Today all the other important action unfolding nationwide will have us caring about other teams more than ever. This is the kind of weekend the NFL dreams of. As a fan I must admit I have been drooling for the next 3 hours since last weeks game ended. It’s been fun watching the championship run.
My expectations have been downgraded to be ok with a grinder of a game squeaking out the #1 seed. Same result, just a little bit more drama.
