Stafford could make an MVP run. He’s always been good enough, just on a bad team.

So, when the game was unwinnable, the Bucs kept Brady and the important players in to try and make the score more respectable, and Gio Bernard is now badly injured.
Under 2 minutes left down by three scores and your offense hasn't been working today? Just pack it in... The bigger risk would have been losing Brady, which was a small but not insignificant possibility, and would have had drastically worse ramifications for their season than this one loss. As it happens, some veteran running back got injured instead to pad stats and egos, but do nothing to improve the Bucs chances of winning.

My take away is the lions are better than there record. Played SF tough, should have beat the ravens. They aren't as bad as i thought thry would be.
Bears still suck.
Wish vikes lost but I am happy Seahawks lost so meh.
Rams look tough so far. They are the nfc team to beat imo.All tyrannies rule through fraud and force, but once the fraud is exposed they must rely exclusively on force.

Meredith, Staubach, Danny WhiteOriginally posted by RashanGary View PostAikman, Romo, Dak. It’s been quite a few years of good quarterback play in Dallas."There's a lot of interest in the draft. Actually, Aikman was a helluva lot better QB than he is a broadcaster. Romo was good as a QB, but not IMO quite as good as Aikman. He obviously is a helluva lot better broadcaster, though, than Aikman.
Different eras, of course, but I'd take Dak over any of those guys except maybe Staubach. What could be more GOOD and NORMAL and AMERICAN than Packer Football?

Aikman is a Rodgers hater. I’m sure you can’t stand him. He loves Brady though. I'll defer to you guys. I don't recall much of his comments about either Rodgers or Brady. What I used to hate was how he in his early years at least broadcasting was so negative about his former team, the Cowboys - a clear case of over-compensating IMO to please the network people. He just always sounds a little bit like he's got a cob up his ass, as the expression goes. Romo, on the other hand, explains and opines better than any commentator I can remember. What could be more GOOD and NORMAL and AMERICAN than Packer Football?

I like romo too. He’s my favorite commentator. I used to like collinsworth but he’s gotten bland.Originally posted by texaspackerbacker View PostI'll defer to you guys.
