Best news is that the Packers won this game without 3 Pro Bowl players they should be getting back sometime in October. And 2 rookies in the starting lineup. Just a couple weeks ago who would have predicted the Packers could win this game without Bakhtiari, Jenkins and Z Smith. Many would have predicted a 2019-like 49ers blowout.

Stud: Lazard. 1 great catch. A bunch of great blocks. Asked to be on special teams right after the big return and hustled his was off. Wants to win and does what it takes. All tyrannies rule through fraud and force, but once the fraud is exposed they must rely exclusively on force.

I love Lazard. Probably the best blocking WR in the game. He's taking on Bosa and not flinching an inch. He played a tremendous game doing a lot of grunt work.
Agree with Fritz on Keke...just cut bait and find something else. Gotta be a player on someone's practice squad with more capability than him.
Coaching staff gets a huge stud vote from me. Short week...long trip...toss the loss of Jenkins/replacement with Nijman into the mix...and stood toe to toe with a likely playoff team in their home opener despite the refs trying desperately to give the Whiners a win.
Crosby and Adams get my other stud votes.
Also...Campbell hasn't lit it up, but he is clearly an upgrade over what we had. Good ol' Blake is already out for the season. It's such a GOOD feeling...13 TIME WORLD CHAMPIONS!!

I am totally almost sober, or almost sober totally tonight, and my view has not changed. I know we have several apologist assholes here that want to toe the decades old “can’t blame the officials,” or “really it evened out in the end,” line, but after taking the time to watch the condensed replay, this officiating was fucked. The only reason - The only reason - this was a close game was the officiating. Not trying to shit in ya’lls Cheerios, or shatter the illusion you might still have for the Social Justice League of Sometimes Playing Football, but to believe the officiating last night was some one off accidental collection of cosmic events makes you more naive than the reporter dutifully running the story that the Afghan retreat was a complete success. This was bullshit and there is no getting around it. Peace niggas.Originally posted by Guiness View PostHate to be a sore winner, but I'm going to anyways. The refs frustrated me like no other game since the roughing the passer calls against Mathews a few years ago. One that isn't getting much attention but made me as crazy as any was the roughing the passer against Jaire."You're all very smart, and I'm very dumb." - Partial

Great assessment. I've been a Packer fan all my life ie going on 78. I really do hope that the front office will serve Rodgers right on the future. He is really someone special and deserves the respect from the front. Then to have a receiver like Adams (Mr. Clutch). What more could a front office want? We once had a magic man, but how do you explain Rodgers? He certainly deserves the respect that Star got and should get a 4 year contract to play out his time in Green Bay. He is the class of the QB's. The chances of getting to the big one with the best QB in the league (MVP) you will not get there with a rookie QB for years. Now is the best time and yes, I think Stokes has proven that he is the right man for that corner job. I just feel King was re-signed out of spite toward Rodgers. I was totally impressed with the offensive line. There really needs to be a figure head on the defensive side of the ball like Leroy Butler. I think the biggest disappointment for me was, the last drive by the 49ers. There was only one guy who was going to get the ball and that should have been a given by Barry and certainly the players on the field.
Not sure what KYPack is referring to on Devine but there were really some dismal years before Lombardi got there.

In no way did Roger Goodell gift last year's SB to his buddy, Tom Brady.Originally posted by SkinBasket View PostI am totally almost sober, or almost sober totally tonight, and my view has not changed.
