I thought the same thing. The fact that 3 days after the injury they're not ruling out surgery suggests the injury is on the severe side of things.

Tex, joe, today started good. Thanks for ending that... Sigh, no jaire means we need to get more pressure or it will be 2011 all over.

Shoulders can definitely be squirrely and I am sure they're checking with the best specialists. But I agree it doesn't sound at all encouraging. Shoulders are not the thing you want to injure for sure.

              Wes Hodkiewicz

Elgton Jenkins (ankle) returned to practice Thursday. No Dennis Kelly during portion of practice open to media.

              Kevin King continues to practice.

Josh Myers attended practice but wasn’t participating. No Jaire or Rivers. Guessing vet day for Marcedes too. #Packers

LaFleur with a good line about the Packers playing their first noon game of the season at Cincy (1 pm ET):

"They've got to wake up with their piss hot."

When asked how exactly one gets his "piss hot," he said "it's just a mentality. ... It should naturally be hot, right?"
If Myers can't go, either Lucas Patrick or Jenkins would likely play Center. Myers has had a finger injury for a while, although it did not cause him to miss practice last week.

I'm sure Myers will go. He's just getting some TLC for his finger.

He should consult with Urban Meyer on that.

                        I thought Chauncey was ir?
Also Jenkins limited is a good sign.
                        Meyers limited isn't.

I'm thinking one of the primary reasons for improvement of the Packers D was the absence of Kevin King and Tyler Lancaster - addition by subtraction. Now, apparently Lancaster is back and King stands a strong chance of coming back. That to me is bad news. I'd much rather have Keke or Slayton playing than Lancaster, and I'd rather see anybody out there than King - Ento, Jean-Charles, Yiadom, Henry Black with Savage moving to Safety, Douglas, etc.
What could be more GOOD and NORMAL and AMERICAN than Packer Football?

King sort of needs to come back ... Without Jaire, we need help

                              Paul Dehner Jr.

#Bengals say they are expecting a full capacity 65K on Sunday at Paul Brown Stadium.

Last time they crossed that number was Oct. 23, 2016 vs Cleveland.

                              Been a long five years.
                              Wonder how many Packer fans.
