I absolutely hated those blue and yellow ones. This all green with yellow numbers, though, ain't half bad. Funny thing, I was around in the '50s, and I certainly don't remember green jerseys with green pants.

In fashion, there’s actually a difference between “classic” and “throwback.” Classic unis are slight alterations of a bygone era’s uniform, which provides inspiration for the modern day “classic” uni. Throwbacks are replications of the bygone era’s uni; players actually wore relatively similar unis in the past.

The Packers will be wearing the “classic” All-Green once in a blue moon for the next 5 years. The Tan Brown/Navy Blue/Circled Number unis, for example, were throwbacks.
