I thought it was corrrect to change it; just my viewOriginally posted by smuggler View PostAnybody else think the refs jobbed Logan Thomas on that 4th down call? It was close, but was there indisputable evidence? Or was it just a better game if it got called incomplete?TERD Buckley over Troy Vincent, Robert Ferguson over Chris Chambers, Kevn King instead of TJ Watt, and now, RICH GANNON, over JIMMY JIMMY JIMMY LEONARD. Well, if you're the Washington defensive coordinator, you're shitting your pants looking at this. For one, the three linebackers are just standing there, no one to cover, and clearly the play has been going on for awhile, as Wilson is cocking his arm to throw. Secondly the two safeties are running with their backs to the QB - but not running toward any receivers, just running - while a Seattle receiver is wide, wide open over the middle. And third - from a Seattle perspective - what's Wilson doing getting ready to throw downfield to a covered receiver when there's a wide open receiver standing in the middle of the field?Originally posted by SudsMcBucky View PostThat's Graham Mertz-esque with where he's going with the football.
There is a lot wrong that with that picture."The Devine era is actually worse than you remember if you go back and look at it."

Maybe they were aiming to contain Russ. The Chiefs defended the boundaries rather than the middle of the field with Love at QB, and Russ has a much more severe vision disadvantage over the middle compared to Love. Definitely an interesting facet to gameplanning him.
