I can't run no more
With that lawless crowd
While the killers in high places
Say their prayers out loud
But they've summoned, they've summoned up
A thundercloud
They're going to hear from me - Leonard Cohen
The O Line was decent tonight. It said on the screen just 2 pressures on Rodgers in the first half; I don't believe that hahahaha. I'm gonna try to remember to count them when I watch the replay.
Our D pretty much returned to the form of earlier in the season tonight. If Cook was healthy (I suspect he wasn't), that's big, even against their backup QB.
The kick returner - who I didn't even know we picked up - was a stud, considering the low bar others have set.
I don't know if he will even make the team next season, but I like this Tyler Davis at TE - better than either Deguara or Daffney. He just looks smooth.
Rodgers, Adams, Jones, and Dillon are pretty much permanent studs, and Lazard is getting that way too.
On defense, Kenny Clark was his normal great self. Campbell was pretty good. Barnes had a good game, better than usual for him. Amos was good. Stokes was good. The rest of the D wasn't bad either. Crosby was back to his old efficient self also.
LaFleur obviously is a stud of a coach, but I still don't like it when we run too much on early downs.
What could be more GOOD and NORMAL and AMERICAN than Packer Football?

Why would you think Cook wasn't healthy? He had over 200 yards rushing two weeks ago and 28 carries against the Bears last week.

I counted at least 8 that I would call "pressures" on Rodgers in the first half where they said just 2. And I didn't even count 8 or 10 others where Rodgers threw it so quick you couldn't really tell if the O Line did its job or not. It was maybe 50/50 or a little less of decent blocking on runs too - which is better than usual for our O Line, but not what I'd call studdish.

Because last week he had COVID- ask Kenny Clark what that can do to you.
A lot of people are asymptomatic from COVID.
