There is an obvious lesson to be learned from "Hoody Genius": your genius depends in large part upon having a superstar quarterback.

Don't get me wrong; Belichik is a great coach. But who's done better since Brady left? Hoody or Tommy?

Which is why I have said that Parcels is a superior coach. Tubby won with several teams, turned around several organizations. Hoody has won with Brady and the Patriots....period.
