The Packers have claimed WR Travis Fulgham off of waivers.
Packers had him in camp for 9 days in 2020. He had a decent year for Eagles that year.

Rodgers getting impatient with the young guys. He wants to move the ball and score and these kids are fucking up the system.
Rodgers met with the WR group this morning. Young guys played much better today.

I get fed up with this garbage when Aaron turns into Sharon. He's whining about them being out of position and not being connected with what the QB wants.
Here's a clue SHARON. COME TO OTA's. Work with the rookies at a time that is not completely convenient for you.
Show value as a f'cking leader and teach the rookies, instead of whining when things aren't going your way at practice.
That would help the team
TERD Buckley over Troy Vincent, Robert Ferguson over Chris Chambers, Kevn King instead of TJ Watt, and now, RICH GANNON, over JIMMY JIMMY JIMMY LEONARD. Thank you FLOWER
I think Sharon is probably throwing this fit because he knows Gute has ice in his veins and could easily hack off Cobb or Watkins. He’s making a big dramatic stink that he can’t play with the young guys so Gute doesn’t get rid of his pets.
I honestly don’t see the point of Sammy Watkins. A below average journeyman who can’t play special teams. You know he’s on Gutes cut radar. Just play the young guys and deal with the growing pains. At least there’s a chance that they could be something.
Many of the problems Rodgers was talking about happened when Jordan Love was playing. Jordan Love was the QB in those all important OTA's that Rodgers missed. So the argument they'd be doing better if Rodgers had been here doesn't hold much water. Rodgers was right in what he said (stop dropping passes, run the right route), and got results. That bothers some people.

I see that Rashan Gary, our poster, has admitted he might've spoken too soon on whetherJordan Love will be a starting NFL QB. Rashan - I appreciate your willingness to admit you might've jumped the gun on Love and will re-assess. Me, I prefer to stick with my initial uninformed assessment and keep hammering on it until it's completely obvious I was wrong, then pretend I liked the guy all along and hope nobody bothers to go back and look at my posting history.

You might have described a number of posters here.
On one side you have the fact that Love has played in 3 preseason games and 1.5 real games on the pro level. On the other hand, this is Year 3, and yet Year 1 was the COVID year where the offseason and practices were about as weird as it gets.
From what I've seen, accuracy is still an issue for him. Arm strength is not, and his poise is improved. I think he's gotten a lot of fundamentals coaching and it's helped, but there are times he seems a bit robotic. More game experience probably improves his mental processing and ability to read defenses, he's certainly willing and able to go thru progressions. He's no Rodgers, but nobody else is.
If he had to start I'd say he probably slots in anywhere between 15 and 25 in QB rankings, meaning he's a guy you'll lose more than you'll win with and likely try to replace.
Would I take him over Sam Darnold? I probably would simply on the basis of the coaching he's had, improvement he's shown and knowledge of the MLF offense.
I do not think they pick up his 5th year option. I don't think they trade him either.
My guess is they let him test the market when his contract is up, and Gute probably drafts another QB. They could resign Love on a prove-it deal to compete with another QB in the Post-Rodgers era, which is coming faster than Tex (or anyone of us) would probably like.
I don't think he's a wasted pick or a bust necessarily. You need to have a halfway serviceable backup at QB, especially when your starter is pushing 40 and getting more brittle by the day.
Losing out on Jefferson and Aiyuk stunk and trading that R4 to move up was a gamble. The process behind picking him was a bit odd, and I think he's a pick that likely doesn't work out for GB. Wouldn't be the first time that happened. QBs have a high bust rate (as do many draft picks) but it's worth it to keep looking -- if you hit on one it's incredibly valuable. Wolf and TT had plenty of head scratchers, so I just shrug and move on while cheering for GB (and Love) to succeed.
What makes you think the Rodgers era is gonna end soon? I have to admit, even 5 or 6 years is sooner than I'd like, but whatever. If I'm the only one willing to say I think he will play at very least 3 more, probably 4 or 5, maybe even 6 or more, then so be it. Ya'all just remember to give me the credit when it happens hahahaha.
As for Love, I'm happy he's doing better - Rodgers himself seems to be praising him or at least absolving him of blame. The three picks weren't his only bad throws, though, and there was too much poor judgment too. If you want a Kirk Cousins type, that's his future IMO. Just the same, I tend to think they will pick up his 5th year option and maybe even sign him to an extension while the market is still low on him. He's an adequate back up, and manipulating the cap wouldn't be hard to make it work. And who knows, if he's still around 5 or 6 years from now, he might be the next Packer QB. I'll put the odds of that at about 30/70, but I'll put the chances of picking up his option at about 50/50.
I always thought he was a wasted pick, as we could have gotten somebody as good several years later or maybe developed a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th rounder to be as good. But personnel-wise, we're doing just fine without that 1st and 4th round pick.
So I'll just sit firmly on the fence on this topic.
What could be more GOOD and NORMAL and AMERICAN than Packer Football?
Just listened to the coordinators at packers dot com. Stenno said Hansen is having a hell of a camp and he’s excited about him. That’s good to hear. Injuries happen and we don’t know if Jenkins will play in week 1. We don’t know if Bakh will ever be back. We sort of desperately need an interior guy who we can count on to play now. And it looks like we have him.
Barry was really fun to listen to. He’s not counting his chickens, but shit, he sure does sound confident in his guys. He said they have 4 legit DL. So I’m assuming that’s the vets and Wyatt. I was getting my hopes up with Slaton being a 5th legit guy, but I don’t know. Still, 4 is nice. Without injuries, it’s all you need. I cant wait to see the defense play. It’s been a while since we could truly win on defense. 2019 we did in the beginning of the year. And this defense looks clearly better. It’s gonna be fun! Cousins ain’t gonna have time to hit his guys. It’s gonna be mean.
I hope savage comes back soon. That’s the finishing touch.
I can understand not agreeing with holding a meeting to talk about performance. That's personal style and it's not clear-cut what manner of leadership style is most effective in the NFL biz or with the individuals in the WR room.
What does not make sense is claiming a person taking that approach is failing as a leader. He saw a problem. He took action and communicated his concerns. Perhaps there will be results.
