I think MLF can be a good head coach. He has to get rid of failed assistants. Retaining Barry was an enormous mistake. I’m not sure the offensive staff has been rebuilt well enough after departures. He needs to become better at building a staff, but that is usually an issue with any younger coach. Someone in the org needs to hold him accountable on that.
