    Indianapolis Colts lead series 24-21-1

Last time the Packers won was 2008.

Malik "Watcha talking bout" Willis leads the Pack to a home loss in his starting debut.

    Indy 24 - GB 13

A boring game day starter to match what will be a sad and inefficient Packers offense. At least I'll be one and done.

Malik & Company look miserable much of the time, but hit on enough big plays to eke one out. Nards hits a big one to put GB up by four, and the defense holds on.

No, wait. In the midst of the miserable offense, Indy gets a safety, too. So Nards hits the go-ahead FG, and THEN the defense holds on.

I think Willis will throw for like 150-175 yards and probably scramble a lot for a couple first downs. We’ll lean on running and short throws so expect RBs and Reed to play a big role.

Not sure our defense has any real leaders or identity. Gary, Preston, Jaire, etc all were pretty blah. Clark was held in check week 1.

I could see Jonathan Taylor with 125 yards and 2 TDs.

Not going to predict a home opener loss (as the Bears can win without a QB (week 1) then anyone can) but not going to predict a win. We just need ST and Defense to play great. If not - it’ll be a long couple weeks and chance of a wasted season.

Mad, you'll love this. It seems Willis has really connected with Doubs so far (sound familiar?). I forget who (wicks I think) tweeted that Willis has hit Doubs for like 400 yards this week. Sweet.

Ok, I've opined on Willis being much better than we have seen in the past (pure speculation outside fake games this year). I've opined the MiLF is smart enough to give him favorable situations. Now I'll opine that 20 will win this game. Can he get us 20? Who knows.

So the difference between holding the Eagles to 34 and the Colts to 13 isn't as significant as most fans think. I actually rewatched the game and really liked a lot of things I saw from our D. Once Jaire realized that AJ Brown wasn't gonna be like "OMG....You're Jaire....will you sign my cleats?" he played much better. He left a pick 6 on the field that left Hurts owing AJ a nice steak dinner. Our D made mistakes for sure, but the flags did them no favors.

Pack 20 Colts 13. I hope Willis shows the arm I saw on a few summer fake game throws. Doubs with a century. Defense with 2 takeaways. That post where I asked to revisit Jones vs. Jacobs in week 17 ages really fast. Jacobs with a big game.

I like the optimism, but I have visions of Brett Hundley 2.0.
If the offense can’t muster some points and time of possession, the defense will be ground down late in the game.
No prediction, but we desperately need this team to show some life and get a home win

love targeting a week 5 return

                    that sucks

gonna miss the easiest part of our schedule. 3 easy wins is probably going to be 3 losses

i can't help but keep thinking about the fact that the titans gave up willis for nothing, after spending a 3rd round pick on him just 2 years ago, all while having a current starting QB that completely sucks

If you've hitched your ride to Will Levis, then eliminate any QB controversy with the guy drafted later in the same draft.

But Rodgers leads the league in frumpy expressions and negative body language on the sideline, which makes him, like Josh Allen, a unique double threat.

So you're saying they sometimes make bad decisions regarding quarterbacks? Maybe giving up on Willis was another one. The reality is every organization makes bad decisions at quarterback.

I have no idea if Willis is ready. But I'm not that worried about his failures when thrown into the starting lineup as a rookie. He has far better weapons around him than he had at Tennessee.
