More an educated guess based on how he landed and how he held is arm. Why educated ? That is exactly how I stayed motionless when I broke my collarbone. It is also how my buddies held my arm taking me to the emergency room.

Doubled down how exactly? In my first post I added one alternative injury to what you said as a "maybe." An injury I personally suffered and went to the emergency room myself after landing in a similar fashion. How the fuck is that being a smart ass?
