  • Official Packers vs 49ers Game Day Thread

Packers face a team that is hurting worse than them this week.

Hopefully, the Packers come out with some fire and put the ailing 49ers out. It would be nice to have a 4th Q cushion and salt the game away with a 12 play 7 minute drive ahead by 2 scores.

That being said, the Packers need to keep running the ball effectively and Love needs to clean up the turnovers and sloppiness in the red zone.

On D, we can’t sit back like last week and let the 49ers dink and dunk down the field and score to keep the game close. I am not sure how we get the DL and Quay to play better but something needs to change. With Cooper being out, that should mean Quay gets all the Mike snaps this week.

    Go Pack Go!!
But Rodgers leads the league in frumpy expressions and negative body language on the sideline, which makes him, like Josh Allen, a unique double threat.

If the D can do a good job against the run, they should be all right. If not, it could look a lot like last week. With Bosa out Love should have plenty of time to throw.

This is a must win for a team with title aspirations. You can’t lose this game and think this team is going to make any kind of real run in the postseason.

Love has had plenty of time to throw. He needs to make better choices based on the situation is all. I think today he does because he has mentioned his playoff ending INT many times this season. Finally he gets a chance to make it right. Love plays within himself and gets the offense rolling. Defense takes advantage of the high temp being the coldest it gets in Santa Clara at night and rattles a beat up 49ers offense all day.

It’s all about the offense today.
I expect the defense to do enough to win, but Love and company need to put it all together.

Jaire inactive. I really hope he isn't a packer next year. Buy jom some pom poms and shave his legs. Its all he's good for.

Off season The Mentalist predicted a packers win w/ score of 34-27. So I’m going with that.

Defense gets a few turnovers and offense gets a bit on track n

The 49ers fans I know aren’t answering their phone today.

Thunder if you are out there at the game like you usually are I ask a favor. When I was at the Packers @ SF game in 2019 in Santa Clara the niners fans reversed “Go Pack Go” to “Pack Go Home” once the game was out of reach for GB. The niners chant is “Lets Go Niners” so get the Lambeau crowd to say “Go Home Niners” when the blowout starts.

Nope I am not there. We have the Gold package games. We get Vikings, Lions and Bears games this year.

There is a running play like week 2 and 3.

Great running play again. Misdirection and let Jacobs cut back with a huge hole.
